In accordance with the provisions of the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance of Ecuador, Drillcotec Cía. Ltda. announces the early voluntary cancellation of its short-term debt issuance (commercial paper), for up to USD 2,000,000.00, originally registered under number 2023.Q.02.003809 on August 16, 2023.
The cancellation was made official through Resolution No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2025-00024663, dated June 23, 2025, after it was confirmed that the issuance has been fully redeemed and currently has a zero outstanding balance.
The cancellation follows Ecuadorian financial regulations and fulfills legal transparency requirements. The resolution has been published on the official website of the Superintendency, and now also appears on Drillcotec’s corporate website as mandated.
